This is a P13 ECU chipped by Dinan. It is a VERY rare OBD1 ECU from a 1993-95 Prelude VTEC. Plugs right into 1993-95 H22a, or use it with a wiring harness for an OBD1 swap on the resrictive OBD2 1996+ H22a motors.

The Dinan program raises the rev limiter to 8100rpm and smooths out the VTEC power spike. I had this ECU in my old 1993 Prelude VTEC. The car was otherwise stock, but felt considerably peppier with this ECU in it - especially in the midrange. Dinan no longer makes chips for anything other than BMWs, but here is a copy of the page that Dinan used to have on their website for their import chips.
