Not to be a thread shitter but I caught this out of the corner of my eye coming into the market place. I restore and buy/sell classic RC10's, currently I have about 20 or so. You have your car priced a bit high even with accessories. The most you would get for this package even from a collector like myself is roughly 100$

The market for these cars is completely washed out with ebay and RC10.com. The forums that I visit these guys literally have dozens of these cars on their shelves like I do. From what I can see by you car it has some mis-matched parts. The front shock tower is the original 1984 version but you have updated Championship edition front a-arms. The wrong shocks mixed with wrong front suspension setup make the car handle improperly. You also have a mix and max of 'black' and 'white' parts. Collecters pay more for complete cars in the original 'white' cast parts. You also have a 6-gear transmission which is not sought after or worth as much as the 'Stealth' gearboxes.

I am interested in seeing what other spare parts you have with the car if you want to separate them? I'd be interested in that gear cover, those 3-spoke wheels and the body pictured. PM me if you want to make a deal.

Here is a Composite Craft RC10 worlds car clone I just sold on ebay for 110$ so you have an idea.

Thanks for the info and not big a dick your just giving your brain info down on here to someone.but i know the black parts are org and there is white parts on the car.this car was a mess when i got it and the front end was fwaked up to no end so that is why there is all new black parts on the car.the 6 speed trans you see for the car is what came with it and fits but the stealth gear box don't.The holes don't line up in less they think 2 screws are good for the gearbox.i have another one of these cars as well with the 'Stealth' gearbox and i have another New one just need one more part to make it complete gearbox.i understand that the market has died it did after 2000 with every R.c in the world.i have tons of r.c nitro cars and planes so not even new to the world.i do have 400$ in to this car.if no one wants it for 300$ fine with me ill keep it not taking up space to were ill die.what are you talking about the shocks are wrong for this car? the top of the shocks are black due to bad caps that were gold.

very nice car you sold on eBay for 110$ sounds super low to me but that car isn't even gold tub.

Yea, gold tub RC10's were produced from 1984 up untill 1994. There are literally thousands of those cars out in the world. Composite Craft made MAYBE a thousand chassis, its more rare than gold tubs.

I could make your head go numb with the information and different variations of RC10's, i've been collecting Team Associated RC10's for the past 15 years. I've been in the game before people were going crazy for them, during, and now after when they go on ebay for $60-$100

You might as well just clean it up and have fun with it, I am heavily into the RC10 market and nobody is paying that money for a used mismatched colored parts car. 350$ commands a pristine condition RC10, im talking all white parts original to box art car and doesn't even look like it's been used.

Still, if you find the time...PM me more about the extra parts you have. I can probably still use whatever you might have extra.
