Added on 11/27:
-D16Z6 Golden Eagle sleeved, copper o-ringed, opened up to 1.7L, notched girdle (one hour run time) $1,500 + $150 for block
-Arias pistons - 77mm, custom built 10:1 with upgraded skirts (off the shelf is either 9:1 or 10.5:1, standard skirts) (one hour run time) $600
-Eagle rods (one hour run time) $325
-ACL race bearings (new) $125
-OEM oil pump (one hour run time) + OEM water pump (one hour run time) + OEM timing belt tensioner (one hour run time) + OEM timing belt (one hour run time) $320
-ARP headstuds (one hour run time) $110
-D16Z6 crank (just freshened up, original crank had damage at keyway) $300 for crank and machine work from local crankshaft supply company, only one local I could find
-Machine shop and assembly charges $500
Total cost comes to $3,930. You buy it, it shows up in 1 week. You want it built, you wait 4-6 weeks for GE block and 6 weeks for the custom spec pistons. Not to mention assembly time. How about this, if someone buys it I'll include a brand new OEM head gasket opened up to 77mm by Golden Eagle. That a $110 value.
