These are ALL brand new and never have been mounted on a vehicle.

The listing includes four (4) tires and four (4) wheels.
Also, four (4) center caps and twenty (20) Billet Specialties lug nuts and washers (12 x 1.5 mm).
These are beautiful and made to perform! This set was intended for my Civic DelSol but i have decided to part it out.
The wheels have the VERY popular bolt circle of 5 lugs on a 4.5" circle.

They can fit thousands of vehicles, front wheel or rear wheel drive.
The Billet Specialties wheels are 15" x 8" and 15" x 3.5"
The skinnies are Nangkang 135R15 low noise tread.
The track proven Racemaster is an unquestionable performer.
These are deep 9s capable traction.
