Default Kou Lee trying to scam me?

I had my f/s thread for my drag downpipe in the forced induction classifieds. I ended up putting this up on ebay. After the first day this guy solicited me through ebay messages that he saw this on Honda-tech and didn't know how to email me. My email is not disabled on my profile so anyone can email me. I told him the total price, then he agreed so I sent him a Paypal money request with the discription of the Drag down pipe. He paid through his paypal account showing his shipping address. The same day he paid me I shipped the item through UPS at a Staples shipping center. I emailed the tracking number the same day but it was already about 7pm PST. I emailed him back saying it probably won't be in the system till tommorrow. I get home around 9pm PST and check my emails and see that there will be a problem if he doesn't get a response back. Mind you this is only the end of the next day since I shipped this out yesterday. Then I proceed to check other emails and findout he's filed an unauthorized access to his Paypal claim.

Here's a copy of the email:

unauthorized access to his PayPal account. As a result, one of the payments
credited to your PayPal account has been placed in a temporary hold while
we investigate the claim. PayPal constantly monitors transactions for

users.

If this unauthorized access was a result of spoof or fraud, PayPal will
cover the cost of the transaction. The details of this transaction are
as follows:

Transaction Date: Sep. 19, 2006
Transaction Amount: $185.40 USD
Buyer's Email: oonemancrew@yahoo.com

If you have already shipped goods related to this transaction, you may
be covered under PayPal's Seller Protection Policy. Please provide
PayPal with the following information:

1) Tracking Number of Shipment
2) Shipping Company Used
3) Shipping Insurance Information (if used)

For you to be protected by our Seller Protection Policy, you must reply
to this email. We need to receive all correspondence regarding this
case within 7 days. If you have any questions, please reply to this email.

Good selling practices, like trackable shipping, prompt shipment, and
communication between buyer and seller help prevent disputes. We look
forward to your reply.

NEVER give your password to anyone, including PayPal employees. Protect
yourself against fraudulent websites by opening a new web browser (e.g.

you log in to your account.

Either way I have proof of his solicitation, proof he agreed to send me payment for the amount I am requesting, proof I sent a money request to the Paypal account he provided to me, proof that he paid the money request, and all the reciepts from Staples that I did ship this item.

Because of this claim I have to wait 2 weeks for funds to be released. If you check my post history I have dealt with numerous transactions, some over $4500.

I understand doing internet transactions how one can be concerned, since I've been scammed out of money too, but this claim was filed too quick, so I call BS and possible scam alert. I'm concerned I will not be seeing the money released and my downpipe back! Kou Lee watch out for anyone by this name in doing transactions from this person. He could well be a Honda-tech member, scum bag .
