hey guys i recently bought a turbo from a store in my area called rush and i bought a Precision Gt3251b Turbo. THe turbo was used before , but had very low miles on it and was professionaly rebuild by him with a rebuilt kit. The turbo has no shaft play and seriously not joking looks like its brand new. Its has 0 miles since rebuild and the reason for me selling it is id desided to upgrade to a bigger turbo. The red stuff on the whel is just some lube that was but on the bearings.NOT OIL>>>Precision states that this turbo should have full boost by 4000-4200.
