Re: EDM Gauge cluster for CRX 90-91 non JDM (xpsonic)
The vtec module will not engage vtec. This is a great cluster for non VTEC engines due to the higher RPM gauge (9 1/2) and the MPH on the speedometer (155 mph). It also does not need a VSS adapter. Unfortunately, if you have VTEC the cluster will not work turn on VTEC.
I put $200 obo so I am willing to listen to alternative offers.

Re: (nevin)
I have an 88 crx and the cluster that I used for my crx is off a 90-91 EDM crx.
I had to re-arrange the wires but used the same plugs that came with the EDM cluster. From what I understand the 90-91 crx is an easier job. I believe there is even a wiring chart on Honda Tech that someone posted.
The only thing that didnt work on mine was the ABS light as ABS is not a feature on my crx. Since I dont have ABS I am not really concerned with that.
Again the one for sale does not have a working VTEC module so if you have VTEC this would not be the one to get. If you have a non VTEC engine then this is a great cluster.

Re: (crxgator)
Call it what you want I am stating that VTEC will not work on this cluster. There is a part that is connected to the speedo that engages VTEC, which does not work on teh cluster.
The point is that VTEC is not working on this cluster. I can't say that any clearer to you.
