If you don't have a tracking number yet and it's been a week, and he won't answer PMs, I'd file a dispute. All he needs to do to close it is show paypal the tracking number.

Package for da6er was shipped before he opened a claim, i was on local honda metting, in big old military airport where was no even 3g signal, it was pretty poor.

here is tracking, as i told Chad, package will be delivered in about 2 weeks.
cp176847624pl and it was.

Another thing im going to say, lot of guys are messaging me to sell ek4 seats for 500usd shipped, lowest i can do is 600usd as economy - but require payment as gift, why ? because time can be more than 45 days accepted by paypal, priority shipping is 70usd more. No difference for me to be honest.
