Hey guys, I finished up my jdm b20 swap into my 97 hatch so the old engine/tranny/everything is for sale. I'll try to disclose all known issues and be as descriptive as necessary. I really just want the thing out of my garage so this stuff probably won't be available for long before I get rid of it. All parts are best offer. Not looking to get much for any of it, just want to make it worth my time disassembling, packaging, and shipping parts. If you'd like any more pics or info don't hesitate to ask.
Here's the back story on it. I bought the car a couple months ago and only put a couple thousand miles on it before being unable to handle the lack of power any more and swapping it. It mechanically was perfect, never broke down or didn't start on me once. No issues at all with the engine. The transmission would occasionally lock and get stuck in 5th gear if rpms were allowed to drop too far before shifting out of it. When I bought the car I changed all the fluids and flushed the coolant. The coolant was clean and clear, but transmission was near bone dry. After filling the transmission it would still get stuck in 5th so I would recommend disassembling it. When I drained the coolant before pulling the motor it was slightly cloudy/milky so I'm assuming the head gasket went out. There was no coolant in the oil just a slightly milky coolant. Never overheated or even got hot on me. I believe it was at the very early stages.
Any and everything from the drivetrain is for sale with the exception of the distributor. I'll be holding onto that. Parts for sale include (but are not limited to) parts listed below, if you don't see it just ask.
