2 months ago i sold used 81mm wiseco pistons with brand new rings and eagle rods to thoa. today i found out that there was a chargeback filed on the transaction, taking my money and holding my paypal acct.

the email listed is now invalid, and im fairly certain that i am being scammed.

i dont see how he couldve done that being that its been over 30 days. as long as you sent it to a confirmed address and can round up some shipping information (tracking number, delivery confirmation) you should be able to handle the dispute.

i have the reciept from ups with address and tracking info saying package was delivered.

for some reason, i cant find him anymore. his posts dissapeared from my fs thread and i cant find our pm convo in my notepad. i also checked my cell phone records because we spoke on the phone and theres no evidence of his # in there

same **** happen to me some guy from overseas did a charge back for $400 almost 3 months after the deal, i didnt have a tracking cuz i ised USPS and i threw everything away. a month later i won the charged back and they released my money

if you got the tracking # and stuff you gonna win but it suck having them hold your money, and i think they charge $30 for the charge back fee even if you win

yeah im hoping. it really gets me cuz if there was a ginuine problem and i was told about it right after he got the pistons, i would have given a refund cuz im not out to scam people( even tho its the thing to do).


this comes at a bad time i need my paypal im trying to finish up a motor build

you'll get the win for sure man but **** gonna be at least 3 weeks, did you email paypal and give them the tracking # yet, make sure you tell them the whole story in detail and back it up

yea probably. i "think" his sn was allmotorej8 at the time, but its been 2 or 3 diff ones recently. says he lives in 4 towns. great way to never get caught.


i filed a claim thingy in paypal and wrote so much info on exactly what happened, the pics i showed him and what our phone conversation was about (shoulda heard the guy on the phone what a fuggin weirdo), as well as tracking info.
