98 GSR MOTOR ONLY $$1150.00 OBO
Well I am still selling my 98 GSR MOTOR
Missin the followin head parts:
intake manifold, headers, distributer, fuel rail, fuel injectors.
It is a 98 gSR, very clean, selling cuz i have to finish my LS.

you find out any info on the motor yet... so since it has no VIN plate... i guess it is hot...

If I recall correctly here's what Dan's post said:

And you responded at the time with something along the lines of "I need your address so I can send yoi the stuff - the FBI came to my door and I have to ship the stuff or go to court"?

You know it's funny you should say that because when I first registered on the board he was selling a 95 GSR motor at a good price I posted about it and I got numerous emails from people telling me not to buy from him...interesting.
But like I said no VIN plate you will never get rid of that thing it's stolen

THe motor does have the vin number it's in between the Head and the Block. I also got the emails, and the person who I got the motor from. IF you want it come and look at it, and pop the head off it after u pay for it, and it's all yous.

like i said, the kid doesnt know what he has... i was will to drive to get it... but the vin number was never between the block and head... it is visible like sgt said... if you cant see it, then it isnt there and then it is considered STOLEN...

Trust me, if the vin is not on the front of the block, visible without taking the head off, someone stole that motor,
second time someone from the crx resource is trying to pass a stolen motor, I got the other in my garage, and the 5-0 s are coming to pick it up Monday.

Wow isn't that amazing, a motor with the VIN stamped between the head and the block huh. I would really love to see that piece of work. That must be the biggest custom job out there yet, stamping the VIN in there to hide it. Sihondacrx, your a such a piece of ******* dog ****. I am a police officer, and I know FOR A FACT that no motor in the history of the world has even had the VIN stamped in the location that you are describing. If you think that you can just screw people over like that and get away with it, you are a complete idiot. Like other people said, that is fraud. I bet anything within a year or two there is going to be some 350 pound guy named Pico pushing all kinds of burritos up your ***.

Are you refering to the Serial number under the B18C1 stamp on the block?
Sorry but that doesnt qualify as a legit motor.
The VIN number is on a green plate at the bototm of the block. If you dont have the plate with the VIN..its stolen.
Stop trying to sell people stolen and fucked up ****.

oh and by the way...the motor is blown anyway. the kid who sold you the motor was spreading around that he sold a stolen blown motor for $800....guess you were the sucker that bought it. if i knew who the kid was i would help you out, but i don't. i feel bad for you. you should email him and see what's up.
