I'm considering selling my 1999 ITR swapped Civic featured here:

The list of parts, work done, and maintenance done is a lengthy read. Much of which is covered in the above link. The car is currently driven once a week to keep fluids circulating, an average of 1600 miles a year. I've got kids now, and a few years under my belt I'm having trouble justifying keeping the car and not using it. It's currently garaged and covered. A ton of work as gone into this build.

A quick summary of its current condition, and things not in the above post:
California CARB Legal & BAR'd
Good tires 95%
Good alignmtent
New brakes
Fresh fluids oil/transmission/radiator,
Polished paint looks nice in the pics but it's not perfect up close (a few scratches, a ding here and there, 3 bird poop spots)
A/C is removed
LS 5th gear was installed and transmission was fully rebuilt
New wheel bearings all around
Battery is about 5 years old and not as strong as I'd like it to be
No leaks
No smoke on VTEC
Rims are curbed in some spots
Oil pan kissed road debris is scratched/dented
Exhaust manifold has kissed the cement
AP1 S2000 steering wheel
Integra seats
LS Integra rear brakes
Viper alarm
Custom immobilizer - tow truck required without it
Sound deadening removed
No sound system
Resealed windshield
Tuned OBD1 ECU for track, and OBD2 P73 Stock ECU for Smog
Swapped the suspension springs out for 340 front 250 rear to soften it up (used to be 500/450)

217000 On the odometer (33000 on the motor, 5600 on the transmission)
