Wow that's pretty badass. Seems a bit short tho. I assume we can use the bars for the straps and hooks? What is the price?

Re: What trailer do you use to pull your Race Car?...Try the KENDON foldable trailer.
around $3,000 from what I know I love it too.

I like it, but i dont know id trust pins and such to tow my car. 2400 lbs plus the trailer.
No brake controller..? Thats not a good thing not to have coming out of the grapevine with a load. Short hops around town but nothing id want to take on a long trip. I do like the concept. |
Re: What trailer do you use to pull your Race Car?...Try the KENDON foldable trailer.
I was thinking th same thing it does not carry enough it would be nice to be able to carry other cars.

Ahhh it does have a brake system. Thats a plus.
Tie down kit is an option? Portability makes it appealing especially those who dont have room to store a 16 ft or longer trailer. |
Re: What trailer do you use to pull your Race Car?...Try the KENDON foldable trailer.
the price went up $3,749.95

Now aint that the sh*t... looks cool..

Re: What trailer do you use to pull your Race Car?...Try the KENDON foldable trailer.
I'd worry about the flexing of the tubes for tie-down. I also don't like the fact that the middle portion is totally open. It's just a bunch of tubes welded together. It's a cool idea but Idk seems like a sturdier design could be created.

There are bigger and better trailers for MUCH less. Cool concept however.

Very cool idea just needs refining. I'm supposing that a two axle trailer is in the works b/c they'd be severly limiting their marketability w/ just a one axle trailer.
I agree with the poster that wrote that it'd be good for quick short jaunt but anything more and for a longer trip...meh, I wouldn't want to be towing it. Where do you put your extra wheels/tires/stuff? |
Re: What trailer do you use to pull your Race Car?...Try the KENDON foldable trailer.
No reason to move it, racers and track drivers are definitely in need of towing :)
Like everyone said, cool concept, needs a little work on the execution. |
Re: What trailer do you use to pull your Race Car?...Try the KENDON foldable trailer.
More bars in the middle and a two axles might be hard to move around the garage.

Seems perfect for a super-light autox car.

Re: What trailer do you use to pull your Race Car?...Try the KENDON foldable trailer.
Seems badass to me. Considering it's almost entirely made of round tube, I can see why they're asking what they are.
I'm honestly considering it. HOA = no huge enclosed car trailer for me. :( |

Re: What trailer do you use to pull your Race Car?...Try the KENDON foldable trailer.
I would look hard at the weight cap., 3,000 lbs.? With 14" wheels? As long as they are Load Range C (6-ply) for Max. Capacity: 1870 lbs. each maybe. It must have a 3,500 lb axel too. Most I see like that have only a 3,000 lb axel. Looking at the video, I have no idea what axel they are using. It's not the traditional as the wheels are not bolted directly to it, the center line of the axels don't line up to the center line of the wheels.
Just my thoughts cause there is nothing worse than constant blow outs. If you car is super lights, that trailer is cool as heck. |

Good point I will check the axel out and see if I could post some pics.
