Pyrochaos38, with all due respect . . . the vast majority of folks here consider street racing to be the absolute antithesis of this board's intent.

Mmmm...I am going to show some restraint here and be nice.

Pyrochaos38, the majority (probably all) of this particular forum is made up of dedicated autocrossers, high performance driving instructors, and road racers. As a rule we frown on street racing because it puts people in danger, is illegal, and not quite as fun as being on a road course.

I'd suggest (politely) that you look for the SCCA region in your area, and try autocrossing. If you go in with an open mind, I can promise that you will...

1. Have a lot of fun
2. Drive the car harder than you can possibly drive it on the street
3. Meet a lot of cool people
4. Get addicted.
