steel wheels

Re: steel wheels
You'll be hard pressed to find a practical difference between a Honda steel wheel and a stock-sized OE replacement steel wheel. Steel wheels are less sensitive to balance and construction problems than aluminum wheels by virtue of their construction. It's easier to bend and weld steel sheet than it is to consistently cast or forge aluminum into a wheel-shaped mold. That's also why you'll rarely see a bad quality steel wheel.
It'll be even harder to tell with knobbly-treaded winter tyres which vibrate even when the wheel / tyre assembly is perfectly balanced. Unless you have a very specific aesthetic reason for it, I would go for the aftermarket steel wheel.
