OS Giken Review
Where do I start off?
Well I guess I can start off by saying, "HOLY F*CKING WOW!!!" I am utterly astonished as to how different the car responds to inputs versus when I had the OEM Type R differential in. It took everything that I had learned over the last 10 years and threw it all out the window! It took me the whole 2 days to get used to driving the car, because no longer could I depend on lift-throttle oversteer or left foot braking to get the car to rotate. The only way the car turns now is by flooring it!
So with that said, I am now going to be toying around with suspension setups that are much looser. I noticed I am able to get on the power a lot earlier, but the car still has a tendency to push even on throttle quite a bit. We began dialing it out with suspension damping adjustments, but just about when I thought I had it setup ideally. The driver side front Toyo RR had a belt shift causing catastrophic understeer on right handers. I had no clue about the date codes needing to face certain directions in order to keep the tire from destroying itself.
All in all it was a great learning experience this past weekend, definitely going to have fun figuring out the fast setup for the car!

Re: OS Giken Review
That's exactly the way my car handled, even though mine is still more of a street car than anything. It still pushes, however I could get on the throttle sooner and harder than before. I wonder if tweaking the plates or ramps could further improve cornering. I must say though, the OS Giken LSD right out of the box is bad ***.
