The scalectrix set showed up last night. it's HUGE compared to my old Tyco set I had as a kid. The cars in my old set were about the size of hot wheels or match box, the scaletrix ones are about 4" long - about the size of those little pullback cars they have at the grocery stores. Asked the wife if she wanted to open it early so we could test it out. She just stared at me.

No. He said black tees were backordered and he would send me one when they got in. That was 4 or 5 years ago. Maybe they still backordered.

We went to Ocho Rios this year. Saw lots of cool **** on the dives too. Great place for diving. Plus diving in the morning/early afternoon helps you get drunk at night, or it seems like it lol.

I prefer turtle forward by the way. I understand is less aerodynamic, but is moar in your face and bolder. You're telling the competition you purposely made your car slower. Puts fear in their mind lol.

I'm considered emergency employee which means I work for free. I'll should back pay (have in the past), if the gubment ever resumes...

As for 100, well old news. We are sitting at 101.23 as of midnight. Looks like we had an additional 0.03" early this morning and looking at the GFS/EC I think we have a shot for another 1-2 inches b4 the end of the year.

crikey! that's wetter than an inappropriate euphemism about aroused female genitalia during foreplay and / or intercourse.

glad you get backpay although a little forepay would be nicer

Damn that’s some nice wrapping paper too. Do you just print on letter and tape it all around?

I went karting a couple weeks ago with a big group of friends. I was 1/2 a second off the fastest time of the week.

I have no idea where that last bit of time is to be found. Though going more than once a year would probably be a place to start.

Get a different kart you slow poke. Also, to get the fastest time, it helps to be on track with other fast drivers and laps should get progressively faster.

Of the twenty of us, about six of us were right in the same time range, down to the tenth of a second. Wish we'd had some dudes faster for me to try to pace.

It also helps to go when no one is there so you have an empty track and can make an actual hot lap.

thats what the local track star does here. He goes in like 3 times a week during the week and runs a race by himself, spusually setting the fastest time for the track layout.

Our karting tracks are filthy with Brazilians and Euro trash coming in and obliterating the laptimes.
