ASR Splined Sway Bar Specs Needed!
I am trying to build a rear sway bar setup for a car where there exists no such sway bar. My research has taken across vast lands, vendors, companies, naysayers, etc., and I came across these fancy-shmancy ASR splined hollow bars that would work for my project IF the dimensions work. I know a few of you fine chaps have used ASR bars so I figured I'd ask! I am only interested in the 32mm diameter bar by-the-way.
overall length?
number of splines? (this is important because Speedway Engineering sells 49-Spline 32mm bars, but only in .250" wall (but are currently out-of-stock until mid February)
weight? (just the bar, the arms, links, plates, etc, are not important... yet)
Again, if anyone has concrete information on this, It would be much appreciated. ASR doesn't much like their proprietary information being given out.
If the measurements match, then finding one is the next step. I'll make it worth whomever's while if the information suits my needs.

That is entirely up to you. If you post it here, then people (even if just a handful) can find it from a simple Google search for the future if need be,

ASR 32mm Rear Anti-Roll bar with 0.95 wall thickness.
Length - 39 inches total
Spline count - 48 (might want to double check in the pic below)
Weight - 4.3lbs with D rings and stops.
Total weight 6.8lbs with brackets, spherical end-links and all hardware.
I kept the "D" brackets on because they were being a pain, and should be less than half a pound. If there is anything else you might need. let me know. The bar is off of the car right now.

Re: ASR Splined Sway Bar Specs Needed!
Thank you very much! What ruins it for me are the 48 splines. If you PM me your address/contact information, I'll send you some Honda stuff for helping me out.
* side-note: If you are willing to sell your setup, let me know since the arms are useless without the bar to me (for the 48 splines).

Looking at the Speedway Engineering site, they list 48 spline bars. I have a spare set of the ASR arms. They are the older slotted style though.

I need the arms more than anything else, but if they aren't comparable to what you took pictures of, then its all for naught.

Re: ASR Splined Sway Bar Specs Needed!
Since this thread is about the ASR 32mm bar, I'll share more info that I have gathered on this design. Last year I did some rate testing to see how this bar compared to my previous setup. Below is what we came back with.
All test were done at 1" of deflection. Testing was done at Eibach on a dedicated Sway bar test bench. Testing was done with the original "holed" design. and the V2 "slotted design. I also confirmed with ASR that no other aspects of the brackets were changed. so the template should be very accurate.
