Tons of groups and depending where in PA you are you're near several tracks. Summit Point, Beaverun, NJ Motorsports Park. NASA, PCA, Trackdaze, the list goes on and on. Sites like http://www.trackschedule.com/sched.html and http://www.trackpedia.com/wiki/Main_Page may help. It's pretty tough NOT to find an event to go to any given weekend and often during the week.

NASA Northeast runs at NJMP, Pocono, Watkins Glen, and Limerock. NASA Mid-Atlantic runs at Summit Point and VIR. Both are great groups to run with and have, for the most part, really good instructors. I don't have experience with any other clubs but have heard good things about Trackdaze.
NASA Northeast will be running at Watkins Glen Oct. 1st and 2nd, and running NJMP Oct. 28th - 30th.
NASA Mid-Atlantic will be running VIR Oct. 7th - 9th, and Summit Point early Nov.
