My Newest RR project
Been a while. Thought I'd drop in and say hello H-T
All of my extra time over the last two years have gone into this. When I am not at a Grand Am race, I am in my shop fingering this.

* OMP 5pt Hans compatible harness
* Dash is completely gutted, SI cluster, fuel switch, ignition switch, power switch, are all that are left
* All vents, radio and HVAC holes are plugged with honey comb carbon Kevlar custom pieces
* Shift box was elevated and moved closer to driver for ease/speed of shifting

Re: My Newest RR project
Thanks Fellas. Originally, I started building it for World Challenge. They were struggling a couple years ago and made a TC class for older cars E36, EK, RSX and such. Rules changed since I've finished, so its pretty close to NASA Challenge H1 rules. Recently I have had thought of racing in this series: http://www.facebook.com/MPTCC?fref=ts

Car looks great. Could you give some more info on the wiring? I'm going to be re-wiring my track car soon and am a little hesitant about electrical work. What of the stock wiring did you retain, what fuses/relays did you use, etc.

Re: My Newest RR project
We're running a 949 Racing 15x9 +35 offset wheel on our EK coupe, and it wasn't really that bad fitting them. We're running 225-45-15 Nitto NT01s.
We had to run 15mm spacers up front and had to role the fenders a little bit. We did have some spots where the wheel was hitting the inside frame rail, but that was easily fixed with the spacers once we put them on.

Re: My Newest RR project
The wheels were not bad. They are the TRM 15x9 with a 15mm spacer in the front and 10mm spacer in the rear. Fenders were rolled and that's about it. Tires are a 225/45-15 Continental Grand Am slick. They actually measure about 9.5 inches of rubber touching the ground mounted. So they are quite a bit wider than your normal 225/45-15.

Also for got to mention, the harness was recovered in that Techflex sheith. Old fuse box and relays chucked in favor of the units pictured.
