hi mike.

i have some specs on the front rotors (from brembo rotor catalog):

1989-1991 overall ht. = 39.2mm
1992-1995 overall ht. = 28.2mm

all years have the same overall dia. of 280mm all years have the same thickness of rotor = 20mm

also, if memory serves me properly, the early Corrados (G60 cars) have the A2 suspension and hubs; later models (VR6 cars) have different hubs/spindles.

i would assume the overall height is measured from the face of the rotor? i also wonder which one is used in the kit from fastbrakes.... i would assume the thinner of the two, but who knows!? argh! assumptions are bad!

It's the older G60 rotor that is 4x100 and 11" diameter, if that's what you're looking for. You'll also want to make sure the center bore diameter is compatible. By the way, FastBrakes sells 11" rotors meant for 4x100 Hondas for $45/ea, which is cheaper than Autozone blanks for the G60.

FYI, if brembo makes OE replacement rotors for the corrado, chances are you can see all of the measurements yourself:

But the autozone ones have a "lifetime" warranty. So, when you wear them out, you can go get a new set!

Forget the measurements. If you're using the Fastbrakes kit, you want front rotors to fit 1989-91 Corrado G60. The Corrado V6 had a five lug hub, the G60 had a 4x100. Pretty hard to screw up. If you get the slotted ones from Auto Specialty the PNs are EBR-404SL & SR for left and right. Pretty neat set-up. I've had the best luck with the Cobalt pads that Civicrr sells and with Porterfield R-4 pads.

Mike - ITR rotors are 23mm thick, fwiw.

According to Brembo, the 20mm thickness on the G60 rotors is the minimum acceptable thickness. They come with 22mm new.

From looking at the dimensions of the G60 rotors and the stock rotors, it looks like you could use Type-R or similar calipers with longer bolts (get a strong grade of bolt, obviously) and some washers. The G60 rotors are only 2mm smaller diameter, and sit about 5mm further out.

And I just bought this season's race pads for my stock brakes... damnit. Oh well, I really need more rear bias anyway...

i was planning on getting the wilwood kit. fastbrakes didn't have any sort of fitment diagram so this is my effort to create my own, they said i need about 2" of space from the rotor surface.
