Kumho Tire Pressures???
 

Hi Everyone,
just got some kumho victoracers.
Just wanna know what's the starting tire pressure i can start out with?
This is my first time driving the civic with the kumhos so i'm not sure where to begin?
on my BMW, i normally use 34f 32r cold pressures.

What's the good start for this? I'll be doing a Driver School.

Hope you don't mind me jumping in to your kumho tire pressure thread, but I'm also curious what people recommended for the 710s. Does anyone know if the 710s like to operate at similar hot pressures as the old v700 victoracers? I ran 38f 48r (hot) pressures on the old victoracers for autox and would drop about 4-5 psi from the rears at track days (on a stock type r).

The old Victoracers like 35ish psi hot at the track. The new ones like more pressure - 42-45ish (at least at the autocrosses, never used the new Kumho at the track).

i spoke to a couple of my racer friends and they recommended:

for hatches/lighter cars around 34-36 hot
for his prelude he runs 38 hot.

How old can Victoracers get,

when you measure your thread depth, can you measure form the top of the tire to the bottom of the two deep groves?

or do you want to measure in between the threads, cause at 3/32 they tires just have two groves left right?
