Default Gauging Interest - Thunderhill track day

So I'm considering getting into the world of hosting track days. . .
**Would you go to this event??** (Only post if serious yes or no, no maybes, depends on, etc)

Thunderhill Raceway
**8 Hours of track time**
Mid week (probably a wednesday)
Must have at least 2 track days experience (3 preferred)
Only $200
Event capped at 25 cars, yeah that's right only 25
No run groups, track open to everyone ALL DAY
pay in advance through M/O check or Paypal

Probably in mid May

Mid week days are real hard for me...

I wish we had a better track, that safe and that close.

But, yea. I would do it for $200 and only 25 cars... As long as it doesnt RAIN

Maybe. It depends on the passing rules & if they want to use chicanes.

Judging from the last event I attended with Jeff, we had basically the same rules and no groups... it went VERY well...(except for the RAIN ) hehe

Whoops. I wasn't suppose to post maybe's. Was that last event in Nov 2000? It rained cats & dogs on us! If it is run like that, I will be there.

Yes i would go.

My concerns:

-How would you prove participants have the needed experience so i dont get some yahoo trying to drive past his limits barreling into me?
-Weekdays suck

No chicanes - why would you want to go slower??

heh heh

Passing would be on straights, with agnoledgement required.

I'll know today final details on the date and cost . . .
