and for the more serious aficionado, their formula link kits with spherical bearings (aka pillow ball) for bushings:

and their EK kit
and their version of the rear trailing arm bushing
I have to say these are some of the nicest looking pieces I have seen, in pictures anyhow. Don't know how to get them though.

Another trailing arm bushing:
from here: http://www.aj-racing.com/catal...age=1
Some Spoon rear lower arm bushing set for an Integra
http://www.aj-racing.com/catal...age=4
not too much stiffer than stock as described here:
"Under hard braking or other actions resulting in a large shift in suspension load, the front lower arm is exposed to considerable force. The stock lower arm bushings are made from soft rubber and have a hardness rating of only 70. Under heavy load, the stock bushing displaces and compresses, adversely affecting handling. Spoon lower arm bushing are 29% harder than stock with a hardness rating of 90. It also features a larger diameter collar to help improve handling response. Spoon bushings increase suspension stiffness, and improve handling response and composure. "
There is a limit to how much stiffer one rubber piece can be compared to another rubber piece, as the durometer of rubber goes from 40 (very soft) to 90 or more, hard.
Spoon Urethane bushing set
and again here is the stiffness increase:
"The Spoon urethane bushing set provides a 26% increase in stiffness over stock. Stock rubber bushings have a hardness rating of 75. Spoon bushing is made from two materials; the upper bushing is white urethane with a hardness rating of 95, and the lower bushing is hard rubber with a hardness rating of 90. These bushings help improve the suspension's ability to dampen violent upward shocks and improve the suspension's composure, stability and response, especially at high speeds."
At least Spoon come clean with some specs on their rubber and urethane vs stock, which is better than the non-info from other manufacturers. This stiffness increase matches my approx. measurements on Mugen vs stock rear trailing arm bushing.

Hopefully, we will have our rear LCA's to add to that list sometime this spring/summer, in polyurethane and spherical bearing variations. A link to our thread here.

Re: for the FAQ, Where to buy, Spherical Bearings, and other misc suspension goodies (Ekasey)
I used to get the bearings from Progress but they no longer sell them as of last summer. I got the last set of crx/civic 88-91 lca and front crossmember bearings.
I know tom blaney at sbrs.inc.com has front cross member bearings.

how about ITA-legal spherical bearings (ie: spherical bearings that are a direct replacement for OEM style bushings, without replacing the IT-required OEM arms and links
this is what I meant to ask for earlier, for 88-91 crx/civic

Check http://www.livermoreperformanc....html , near the bottom of the page. There's even a note about them being IT legal.
Not sure if the cost/benefit analysis would work out in favor for the rears: I doubt it.
I HAVE talked with Monty at Livermore performance. Progress is still making them, although they did go on hiatus for a while, and no longer offer them for Integras.
If I place an order, are you interested? You know my address....... only 17 weeks 'till Race Weekend #1!!!!!!

Links to pics of the bushings and other suspension parts from Hardrace.com for comparison to the others (some of the pics are broken into pieces)

these are available in fixed and sliding shafts and are incredibly durable and work extremely well. JHP are probably not going to get any for a while. IM kiwi about getting sets of these as brian himself does not post on here often and his website is not yet up
Currently they are being used on a bunch of track cars and will be seeing some time this season in WC
