Options for a body repair?

I love my 2000 ex, old girl that she is, but she came with this rather massive dent in the passenger side rear quarter panel: https://i.imgur.com/oRvhTWc.png

What are my options here, is it even worth trying to fix it at all? I already tried using suction cups, they popped it out a little but it just went back when the cup came off. Hot water trick didn't work.

How much work is involved in getting to the other side of the panel to try and push it out from that side?

Getting to the inside panel and trying to push it out wouldn't be hard at all (just remove the interior plastic trim, you may also need to pull the rear seats), but it also wouldn't give you anything CLOSE to a uniform or "flat" look. It would still look screwed up.

That QP is most likely beyond repair, and you'd need to get a new QP skin welded into place to fully repair it. Likely more money than you'd want to spend.

If you had body hammers and the curved anvil like piece used with the body hammers you could slowly massage the metal back into shape.

You still would likely need to use body filler and repaint when done to get it unnoticeable.

Would it be possible to cut and weld in just the damaged section from a donor qp? Would it be worth it to do that instead of just replacing the whole panel?

I know replacing the quarter panel entirely still requires some cutting/welding, right?
