Are body panels the same between Japan/US/Great Britain?

Are body panels the same between Japan/US/Great Britain?
Hi all! I'll make an intro post tonight or tomorrow, I'm at work so not a lot of time.
I hit a deer this morning and busted up the grill, all body panels and the bumper is fine, when I took the grill off I noticed the condenser was bowed back...not sure how because nothing went through the grill and nothing is near the condenser/radiator to push it back, also all the fins are fine, there's no indication of damage at all
Anyways, I found out when I went to replace my taillight a few months ago that my car was manufactured in Great Britain, and since then I also learned that along with the taillight the oil filter is different too, and the parts dept I go to said many more parts will be different since it was made in GB.
My question is does anyone know if the grill, condenser and radiator is common between all locations? I don't want to order a part and find out that it doesn't fit, and how do I order these parts online when 99% of the places doesn't list parts made for a certain country, which happened with the taillight(luckily that was a simple local purchase)
