You wont unless you know something about DSMs |
Re: (Morasso)
It's pretty self-explanatory....Is it the 1gen's that do it or 2gen's or both?

Re: (lazyvietboi)

the only DSM's to get crank walk are the one's with their 4g63's built in the US.

My old 1g. It was a GST, 3in dp, no cat, 3in exhaust, crushed BOV, free mods, MBC, ACT clutch...nothing too spectacular.

my dads monster..miss it so much :[ sold it due to family problems but it was untuned on 10 psi 300 horse, broke loose in 3rd and all that fun stuff. 1996 gst converted to a 97. enjoy our memorable pride and joy that was never finished!

Thats a big negative. The motors that were plagued w/ crankwalk issues were the 7 bolts, found in the 2nd gen's. All first gens had a 6 bolt crank w/ a 4 bolt rear in the later years. My 90' had a 3 bolt that I broke launching it too hard. The ideal combo that most aim for is the 6/4 combo. I loved mine but it was 16 years old when I got it and just too much of a headache. |

Some 1g's DID have seven bolt's in them, 93's and 94's.

Any engine can get excessive crank end play go look in honda FI section there are some threads in there . 6 bolts and 7 bolts can have ''crank walk'' get oil pressure problems and a high sprung single disc pressure plate and it can happen. 90-92.4 6 bolt 92.5 on = 7 bolt engines <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by illi Adik »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote"> Thats a big negative.
