Default Torquing Crank Bolt

Re 2010 MDX

Service Manual says 47 ft-lbs plus 60 degrees. Also says do not use impact. What does this mean? I assume Honda means do not use impact wrench alone because you would not know final torque. However, if you torque to 47 ft-lbs and then use impact to get another 60 degrees, wouldn't that be ok? IOW, the crank bolt does know or care if you rotated 60 degrees with a wrench or impact, right? Thanks.

PS not sure why I worried about this since I have not been able to break it loose, lol.
