Default 2009 Honda Pilot won't start after battery replacement

I replaced the battery in my pilot today because the 4 year old battery was laboring to start after sitting for couple hours. Now after replacing the motor will not crank. All lights and dash functions work and radio after entering code but will not crank. I have checked every fuse under hood and under dash but still nothing. I had new battery tested ok and even tried jump starting but no luck. Any ideas where to look next?

As far as I know when you put your key in the "ON" position you should here the fuel pump priming. Do you hear it?

When you turn your key to the "Start" position do you hear the starter clicking?

I hope you did not reverse the cables.

Good luck,
Sam

Yes the fuel pump does prime up. No sound from starter at all. Never even tries to turn engine. I did not reverse cables when changing battery. It acts as if there is a blown fuse to starter but I can't seem to find any bad fuses.

When you turn the ignition to "Start" the starter suppose to get power. There should be a small contact on the starter. See if you can locate it and check if you get power there.

How did you check fuses? Get a test light and make sure both sides of fuses light up.

Good luck,
Sam

Could it be a bad starter cut relay? If the G2 Pilot is like the G1 Pilot, the starter cut relay is on the under dash fuse panel:
