2003 Element EX 4WD ABS Brake Bleed sequence...
Can anybody with the OEM shop manual tell me the recommended sequence for bleeding the brakes of 03 Element EX 4WD w/ ABS? The owners manual says to replace the brake fluid in your car every 3 years, but doesn't give you the details of what order to do it in...
BTW: That old myth of farthest-to-nearest wheel from the master cylinder doesn't apply to any Honda I've ever worked on. So I'm only looking actual info directly from the service manual...
Thanks!

Re: (Evil Monkey)
Hey thanks! Does the book mention anything special about bleeding the ABS system? Stoptech recomends you bleed twice and take the time to activate the ABS in between. The idea is to get fresh fluid into the ABS sytem, and get that old fluid out on the second bleed...

In a Junkyard near you.
Re: (94eg!)
By flushing the brake fluid you are also flushing most of the ABS system. Unless you NEVER activate ABS I don't think that would be needed since it already cycles fluid during it's "self check".
But if you feel the need to it won't hurt.
