if you want an empty parking garage then i'd say just go to the landing or top of southcenter.

oh yeah didn't even think of that. Well, I already got my pics at kent station because the speed bumps aren't a problem for me (stock suspension). If anyone wants to get together anytime soon in kent/tukwila/renton and just chill, that would be fun
