Re: smog in seattle area
it's always a good Idea to run one, but I think the islands are under different restrictions.
I had a CRX that couldn't pass emissions, when I sold it on CL I noted that in the info and a guy came over from whidbey island and bought it saying they were less harsh over there. If anything run a resonator atleast and you should be fine if your car runs good. but keep the Cat just incase you fail and need to pass.

I remember hearing on the news that Gregoire(however you spell her name) wanted to change to a more strict emissions standard to that of California. So keep your stock exhaust people! This was a while ago and haven't heard anything since, but it's always food for thought

if you survived the american education system, you can go to community college
I think for the honda program you might need a dealership to sponsor you though... not 100%

Also only Seattle area during emissions they might say something about no cat, but its very rare. When I had my integra I had a loud exhaust and no cat, no problem during emissions. Otherwise no one really cares except a few cops that like to use at as a reason to just pull you over about your loud exhaust.
The GREATEST thing about WA, the gun laws are more liberal, so you can own an AR-15 and bunch of other guns. Hella easy to obtain a gun handlers permit, and lots of gun shows to get cheap guns.........and the best part, lots of forest space to go out and shoot at stuff.
