Rich is a very stand-up guy. I met him for the first time last week when I drove 4 hours to his shop to have my ecu chipped. Only took about 30min and even threw it in one of his cars to check it twice to give me extra reassurance since I was having massive problems with it before and since I traveled quite a ways just to give him my business! I will never deal with anyone other than Rich again! A lot of business was going on that day I'm surprised he was able to get my ecu done so quick. With the amount of cars and people he was helping you would think he'd had his doors open for over ten years. I can't stress enough how much of a stand-up guy he is and quality of work! Just phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
