Anyone know any good lawyers for speeding/racing???
i really need a good lawyer, dont want to explain my story. its private business..
does anyone know any REALLY REALLY GOOD lawyers??
im not trying to go to jail for a year, 5,000 fine, and get my license suspended for 30 days..
PLEASE shoot your lawyers my way.. i really need it. and im gonna be tried in Kent Court, so i really need one who is really good and has alot of experience. Kent court doesnt play around...

Doesn't make sense why you would possibly go to jail for a year, have a $5,000 fine and/or a 30 day suspension....unless.....you were going over 100mph......

Idk why they arrest drunk drivers...unless they drank a whole case of alcohol. Right?
Recently, a local kid was "racing", and like in most cases didn't know how to properly drive (hence why he wasn't on a track), and he killed a woman and her child. I don't care what speed someone is at if they're doing it in public streets, it's an immature, lame act. I believe jail time, fines, etc. are completely legitimate. I could give two ***** about someone claiming they're doing it "safely", give me a break.
I can guarantee the people who do not support these thoughts, are only the ones who engage in street racing, and or other childish things.
It's just not justifiable, simple as that.
To the OP, what's the story on why it happened if you don't mind me asking. Obviously RCW 9A.36.050 is trying to be included, if not other incriminating laws?
