LIFTED JEEP CHEROKEE $2800 obo
toofarfromjune@yahoo.com
$2800 OR BEST OFFER - seriously, make me an offer!
1993 Jeep Cherokee Sport
Passed smog check on friday 04/30/10
clean title, second owner,
154,850mi,
4.0 high output inline 6cyl engine,
automatic transmission,
part time hi/lo 4x4,
tow hitch,
high lift jack never used, still has instruction book,
full size spare tire/wheel.
Rubicon Express 3.5" lift kit(the best jeep suspension out there),
old man emu steering stabilizer,
black steel rock crawler wheels, 15x8, not sure of backspacing but it is enough to widen the stance nicely to compliment the lift,
31x10.5x15 all terrain/road tires (new),
fenders lightly trimmed (very clean, NOT HACKED UP!),
Also including a box full of rubicon express parts for lifting it a couple more inches:
Slip yoke eliminator (only needed 1" transfercase drop with current lift, runs flawless),
2" shackles, greasable,
adjustable traction bar,
2" spring spacers,
extended rear brake line,
and I think a few others parts I cant remember.
The Jeep has never had the famous death wobble or any other problems, I have been daily driving it for the past several years including a bunch of trips to tahoe every winter and it has NEVER let me down. I have just decided to start traveling for work so I need a lighter smaller truck for mpg, would accept a s10 pickup as a trade (can include cash on top of jeep).
The only thing it could use would be a radio, and a windshield as this one is cracked all the way down but I've been driving it like this for the past year, Jeep windshields are very cheap, not much over $100. Also would probably want mud tires if you were buying this for 4 wheeling but these road tires worked great in the snow up at the cabin this year!
I can show it any day of the week, the earlier in the day the better!

Re: LIFTED JEEP CHEROKEE $2800 obo
lol well its a jeep so its not really clean but it'll get the job done!
jk, I know that "clean" is just standard vocab for h-t, thanks man.
FOR ANYBODY WHO IS CONSIDERING BUYING A JEEP, know that this is a good deal simply because of the fact that it is already lifted. Working on Jeep suspension is so much more involved than most vehicles, which is why a jeep can do way more offroad than most vehicles. When I was done, I felt as if paying close to a grand for labor would have been worth paying lol.
Just to lift it the several inches I had to change out the lower control arms, drop the transfercase an inch, modify the location of the factory traction bar, adjust the pinion angle of the rear axle, put in a new steering stabilizer, etc etc etc. I would have rather done an engine swap on a honda.
Leaving out one of those steps can and will most likely lead to complete FAILURE. lol.

Re: LIFTED JEEP CHEROKEE $2800 obo
PM sent, that would be awesome if I sold this to someone from h-t.
Of all the items/vehicles I have sold on craigslist, I have never had so many weirdo's inquiring like there has been with this jeep.
