have a 95 hatchback cx im selling. Runs perfect just have no time for it and just bought a new car. quick list of the mods the car has.

Year: 1995
Make: Honda
Model: Civic cx
Milage: 156xxx
Title: Clean
Smog: Yes for additional fee
Tagged: Yes
Location: Fresno
Price: $5800 obo

Interior: 8/10 Jdm cluster, delsol seats

Exterior: 8/10 1 year old paint (heineken green), ex lip, mud gaurds, amber corners, carbon fiber duckbill.

Engine/Trans: 96 gsr motor/tranny bar'd, stock internals.

If it is BARd, wouldn't it pass smog without any issues? Why would you need to charge an additional fee to smog the car?

it was bar'd years ago. all the smog bs was pulled off had a built motor in it. now it has a stock gsr. so yea, smog for additional fee
