Default help with smog?? sacramento area

Yeah... so forgive me if I'm not supposed to ask this, i didnt see anything in the rules or anything so here goes..

I need help

Anyone know anyone who can pass smog or give me some information. I have read about loopholes such as the smog exemption and stuff like that but I am not sure how it works. I drive a 97 gsr and it for sure wont pass visual and I doubt it will pass the emissions.

Anyways I have a month to get this figured out and I have cash on me and I'm sure i can get more if its not enough im just gettin pretty desperate and running out of options. I really just want to find someone to pass it for me.

thanks
