Call this number (916) 255-4200. Make sure you ask for "the man in charge" and tell him your license plate number or renewal notice number. He'll take care of you.

Just tell me your license plate number and renewal notice numbers, and when you get a letter in the mail you just have to pay them. I will need to fill out some paperwork, so give me the registered owner's name and address car make model and mileage. But send it in a PM, we don't want the world to know your address.

I just think that stupid questions should get a stupid response.
I drive an F150, because my awd crv does well in the snow, not so much in the mud or off pavement.
