Berkeley area, GC/Koni in CRX, can I go for a ride? Can't make up my mind on rates

Some say do 350f 250r for a daily, some say 400f is still too soft etc. Would like to get a better idea, don't need to drive passenger is fine, lunch or coffee on me, let me know thanks.
