Good machine shops?

I have a what I believe came out of a 97 GS-R. I have a JDM B18C engine in my EG coupe. I recently "blew" my piston rings. I checked the spark plugs and all where clean except cylinder 2. There was a good clunk of oil on the plug. There was also bits of metal. I Did a compression test on all cylinders. Cylinder 2 came up 100 when all others where 185-190. I'm not too mechanic savy but I'm pretty sure I have blown rings (if its valve seals doesn't matter because I'm changing those as well just in case)

I'm already about $600 non refundable deep into this build. Does anyone know a good shop where they can take out my pistons, install rings, hone my walls, reinstall pistons with new ACL bearings and hasting piston rings.(if I don't have to have them look at my head that would be great)if I have to then I have to.
I don't have much money left to spend on this I really need the car back on the road before the winter comes. I daily drive my ruckus for now

Anyone know a shop?

*i changed plugs when I saw the oil in cylinder 2. I ran the motor for 2 minutes then rechecked the plug. It smelled of gasoline, it even had a little droplet of gas on the plug.

yo my bad Im such an idiot :hammer: I live in new york . I also have valve seals. Also how much would they charge to deck my head, and replace valve seals. I am on a slight budget. I have a little less than $1000 to spend.

Tell me that doesn't look like a shitty sleeve job. Both pics are on cylinder 3. 1500 miles on the block. Sippin water from day one, developed a misfire...tear down to find cracked block.
