just got off the phone with verizon. tell me this isn't some BS. i had a plan awhile ago that gave me VZ navigator for free, so i DL'd it to see what it was all about. it was stupid since i have nav in my car so i ended up changing my plan to get rid of that and less minutes = hella cheap bill with my 22% discount! So today my bill was high and I looked at it like wtf, went online checked it out, apparently theyve been charging me for the stupid ****ing VZ Navigator since it is "still on my phone" even though I have NEVER used it in my life. And when I changed my plan over the phone I told him I don't even need VZ nav and they were like ok then this is a good plan for you, and he didn't say **** about, "oh you have to go INTO your phone and DELETE the application from your phone to not get charged every month." wtf? so i would have continued to be charged 10$ a month for something I don't even use if i didn't actually sit down and look at my bill online. SOOOOOO DAMN GHEY!
