Just wondering who all from the mid-west goes and also if not why dont you go. I know theres a lot of cars around and lots of tuners but yeat there really isn't any truely fast cars showing up to this event... I'm Just curious why no one is running there car

Its actually a fun time and even if there turds theres a turd class where you can win payouts

i plan on going again after i swap my new hatch...i just dont see much point when i only hit highway merging speeds at the track :P

Understandable I just dont see why the only import drag racing event in the midwest has slowed down so much

there are too many cars... you only have enough time to get one or two runs in all day.. I used to show my car there, but there arent too many cars showing anymore.

yea, seems like the staging lanes never move....and by the time you do your pass, you have to wait another 3 hours for another

it's not just that event that has slow down.almost all the car even has slow down.

Both me and my husband go at least once a year. He races mostly in super mod. I plan on at least doing one in super mod with my car before the season is over. We've won in our class a handful of times in the past.

I got to GLD on some wednesday's and bring my gf since girls are free on wednesdays and its only $25 and not too crowded. I would go down the track 8 times a day easily waiting maybe once for junior drags.

Yes if you go to Great lakes dragway. However, the question was about Import Wars which is once a month. For a few months a year.
