WHY: why not? just to hang out, check out other cars, eat some food, meet people

Directions
From Chicago/Madison/Milwaukee:

Take 90/94 West. There are four exits for Wisconsin Dells take the third Exit (Exit 87), follow the off ramp. Take a right at the second set of traffic lights (Hwy 12). Riverview Park and Waterworld will be on your left hand side on top of the hill.

From Minnesota:

Take 90/94 East. There are four exits for Wisconsin Dells take the second exit (Exit 87), follow the off ramp. Take a right at the second set of traffic lights (Hwy 12). Riverview Park and Waterworld will be on your left hand side on top of the hill.

Andy from WISHOC is thinking about throwing a contest of "best of show". If you want in on this, please come around the specified time. Prize will probably be something WISHOC related. TBA

how much do we gots to pay per car? I always get a hotel room for automotion and will be there the whole weekend, plus is this going to be nothing but Hondas? I have some pretty nice cars staying at the hotel with me

Pretty sure it's going to be sign up and come. no charge per car. we'll cover that. I remember last time we tried to do a pay for entry meet and no one showed up. all you have to do now is actually show up to the lot. haha

and if you got some nice car's, then sure!! Bring them too! I'm sure no one will complain if there are some guys other then honda's in the lot.

So the bottom line.....
1. We get to use one of the huge Tommy Bartlet show parking lots for a honda/import car meet.

2. We get to use it during the weekend of May 16th & 17th, which just so happens to be
the weekend of automotion which is one of the biggest car related events in Wisconsin.

3. It is going to be 100% free to use, Thats right Free!

4. The only thing we have to do is have a solid group of 25 cars that will show up for sure.

To me this sounds like it has potential to be a big meet, and it would be a lot of fun.

so let me start off "the list" of people who can attend this meet for sure....no backing out.

I just found out Andy and Omar want to charge an entrance fee to cars... they said 3-5 bucks a car.

so big deal if you have to pay 5$ to use the lot, nothing to cry about. it will be worth it when over 2,000 people will see your car in that lot, plus however many people see us when we go out on the cruise. its a great location to set up a nice H-T meet.

those are the kind of things i like to hear, keep putting the word out.

I'm not going to lie but 1,000$ to rent out a parking lot is a hefty amount of cash. I'm not trying to be a debbie downer but you would need 200 cars @ 5$ entrance fee to pay that off. I would like to think positive and say 200 cars is possible, but its wisconsin and our H-T meets suck. 100 cars showing up would be a epic wisconsin meet. hopefully we can figure something out....we do have time.

Hell yea then im going. The idea of paying to get in kinda sucks but $5 isnt bad. I dont think i would want to pay anymore than that because its already gonna be an exspensive weekend to begin with! But as of now count me in. Which day would it be on the 16th or 17th?

Hopefully my brother can get a Honda by then. hes trying to sell his Caddy. He really wants an Ef hatch! So if he gets one im sure he will go, but i dont know if it would look nice lol. Either way who cares!

You should really find out if we can grill out because that would save a TON of cash for everyone aswell. Im requesting off of work tonight!

We should also see if we can get a package deal to Mt. Olympus(sp?) just because ive never been there and those Go-Karts look sick! Plus then we can all race each other haha!

Like Kuchtaboy said, Its a weekend when the Dells turns into everything car related. Its huge, and its crazy. In the past two years they have cracked down on people being reckless in town(burnouts), but it used to get crazy and people would be doing crazy big burnouts in the middle of a public streets with everyone on the sidewalk cheering them on.


I do know that the night life gets quite crazy as well, huge bar scene and I guess that there is a bit of street racing action going on in the outskirts of the Dells.

ALL CARS ARE WELCOME AS LONG AS THEY ARE NOT JUNK! if someone has a respectable non-honda they are more than welcome to come park with us. I'm not hating, we can't be snobs toward other car makes.
