Default FS - EBP 1999 Honda Civic Si

Have for sale a 1999 Honda Civic Si in Electron Blue Pearl.
The car has 108,7xx original miles on it.
Southern car, originally from Missouri (still has the inspection tag on the windshield to prove)
Car was bought for $4500 and have about $4k into it.
Asking $6,200 as it sits.

Engine:

The entire drivetrain (numbers matching engine and trans) was rebuilt a little over a year ago and has only had about 1,500 miles put on it since then.
Block was bored 0.020 over, PR3 pistons and hasting rings used, OEM crank and rod bearings, block and head were resurfaced, valve job, all new gaskets (mix of OEM and Felpro), new distributor, plugs, NGK wires, only OEM oil filters and Mobil1 oil used since rebuild (all machine work done by T&T Race Engines in Gurnee).
New PLM Toda style header, new magnaflow catalytic converter, both 02 sensors are new NTK units, has a Greddy Evo2 exhaust & AEM intake (only powertrain mods) just passed emission test about a month ago.
Axles are new, starter is new, clutch slave cylinder is new. Transmission was rebuilt by One6 and a new Exedy oe replacement clutch was used.
Skunk2 short throw shifter with Energy Suspension shifter bushings.

Brakes/suspension:

ITR/Mini front brake upgrade with Brembo blanks, Hawk HP+ pads and Goodridge braided lines
Rear brakes done at the same time with new parking brake hardware and adjustment.
Car sits on Function & Form type 1 coilovers, Blox camber kits, and just finished replacing all the front bushings with Energy Suspension polyurethane pieces.
Moog sway bar endlinks

Interior/electrical:

LED cluster lights in factory cluster
Bluetooth/usb/aux stereo with 2 way speakers
Viper alarm/keyless entry/remote start
New battery & terminals

Exterior:

15x7 +35 5zigen fn01r w/Dunlop DZ102 205/50/15 (will only be included at asking price)
Factory SI wheels, could use some polishing
SI style rear lip
SI style front lip
Sylvania ZXE headlight bulbs
LED reverse light bulbs
Window tints

The car starts right up every time without issue.
Drives great and engine feels super healthy (as it should considering everything is newly rebuilt).
Keep in mind that it is a nearly 20 year old car so it will not be perfect.
The front bumper is aftermarket and some of the paint is peeling (I have a replacement OEM EBP bumper that will be included, but will need some work)
The windshield has a crack in it
Car has small dings throughout and could use a good detail (it sits under a bush or tree most of the time)
Reasonable CASH OFFERS ONLY.
No test drives unless you've got cash in hand.
Clean Illinois title in hand.
I have no problem with putting the car up in the air and letting the new potential owner go though it and seeing the amount of work that has been done to it as well as taking the car out with me and putting it through its paces.
Please feel free to inbox me with any questions.
