15" 4x114.3 ET40 15" meshies w/195 tires

They are round (not bent) but not in the best shape after Chicagoland winters in their past before we started using them.
Tires are Toyo 195 60 15s and have tread left (not the best, not the worst but they roll)
$250 cash pick up in our home in Mt. Prospect, IL for the set of 4 (These are ideal candidates for refinishing or perhaps plasti-dip treatment?)
