Clean 89 CRX Si Turbo. Chicagoland.
I will be closing a chapter in my life and selling my beloved CRX. I'll entertain some offers if they are good but don't think I'll let this car go for some lowball offer. This car is more like a child to me that anything.
89 CRX si
Built Z6
-SCAT rods
-Vitaras
-ACLS properly installed and double checked w/ plastiguage
Holset H1C
Bullseyepower SS turbine housing (fast spool / huge turbo)
made my own log manifold w/ heatshield
all McMasterCarr oil lines
.055 oil restrictor
45 degree steel bung welded to pan
AL race half radiator
31x9x3 ebay IC
3" DP
3" exhaust
2 dynomax race resonators
3in turbo muffler
(Car sounds awesome, often complimented on tone)
2.5" cold side pipes
2.25" hot side pipes
XSpower external wastegate
ebay RFL
MBC
all radiator hose or silicone couplers
all t bolted
OBD0 w/ TurboEdit
460cc RX7 injectors
Ostrich (got to love tuning on the fly)
XTD 6 puck sprung
11lbs flywheel
Interior is perfect.
-Good pioneer radio
-good 10" pioneer sub
-i forget what brand but speakers everywhere else
-seats are nearly perfect. No tears on usual spots
Exterior is pretty nice
Newer paint job
Bronze slips, Dunlop summer tires
H&R OE Sport springs
KYB GR2's
ST big sway bar
rear strut bar
It has a few dings and dents since I painted it a few years ago but still a gorgeous car. Minimal rust (there are a few spots coming back). Probably leaps and bounds better than the average chicago CRX.
I figure I am forgetting some stuff feel free to ask Q's.
Pixors:
For the sake of argument I'm looking for maybe $4,500. This depends on interest and I am in no particular rush to sell the car so I won't be budging on price over time.

You guys with the nice rides need to stop selling right before the winter.
I hope in 4 months we'll have similar cars on the market.
Very nice bump for you!

who knows... i might hold on to it until the spring if no one wants to be reasonable with offers. I'm in no rush.

haha, thanks.
One has to keep in mind this is no 15psi on a t25... This Holset sucks in children playing in the street.

Re: (oldtegskoo90)
ahh.. back from drill and back to civilization. Got to qualify on the M16 (easy of course), M249, M240, and M203. The .50 cal range ran out of ammo, battalion didn't have enough safety personal for the M9 range, and the bolts for both Mark 19's broke (some idiot thought it was a good idea to operate without proper lube ). boo.
So yea, PM's replied. Sorry bout the delay, no internet over the weekend.

Probably not going to part anything due to time constraints. If it comes down to it i'll tear her up in the spring. *shrug*
"hows it taste muthafuckaaaa?" (before I stripped and sanded down the compressor housing)

Re: (CRXDrew)
Check out this old pic... HT meet a few years ago. Kyle took this pic next to his sedan. Still one of my favorites of the old 14b/Starion IC setup.
