FS: 1991 Honda Civic Hatchback
Inspection and Emissions were done on Friday.
Modifications:
Engine-
Stock D15 original motor with 140k
MPFI has been done by a professional automotive technician-Basically makes the engine an Si Model.
New distributor-3 months old
New battery-3 months old
I get many compliments for how clean the engine bay is
Suspension/Wheels & Tires-
Tokito blue struts. (Less than 3k)
Sprint Extreme drop springs. 3.25" F 3" R (Less than 3k)
Rear strut tower bar
Rota RB in Silver with a polished lip. 15x7 with a +30 offset. ZE502 FALKIN 195 50 15 (perfect offset) Less than 3k
Silver lower control arms
Brand new upper and lower control arms and bushings: less than 200 miles
Alignment: less than 200 miles
Exterior- I get MANY compliments for how clean the car is.
5k Hid Headlights
JDM Orange Parking and Turn Signals-not installed
New OEM front bumper
New OEM Volvo front lip/Valence
Rear red center piece, states "Civic" (Hatchback)
Brand new OEM black hood-previously was Custom vinyl wrapped wood grain hood (I can wrap the hood in carbon fiber for the asking price)
Yakima old school roof rack
Yakima Faring
Yakima Bike rack
30% window tint on the rear windows and rear windshield
Front Window Visors-removed from the car but will be coming with the purchase of the vehicle
Front and rear fenders have been rolled

Acura Integra 91 steering wheel
Canadian Gauge cluster with tachometer. Mph reads in Kilometers
Custom wrapped interior in Blue digital Camouflage: Pillars, arm rest and Headliner

Story behind the Civic-
I purchased this little gem back in November of 2009 from the original owners. At the point of sale I was given all of the paper work for the vehicle which was serviced at the local Honda dealership. The car drives perfect for its age (20 years), timing belt/pump etc have been done, minor things like tie rods have been replaced so it should be on the road for a long time.
Reason for sale: Moving onto another project

Original motor and transmission
The car has not been not dogged out, it's a 70hp 4-speed vehicle. It was used for daily driving and the cosmetics are just for kicks.
Cold working AC

Honda OEM Mud flaps
Passenger and Driver side mirrors
No Power steering
Power door locks.
2 sets of Keys
Will come with a set of brand new rotors, pads & drums for doing your brakes
Will come with a new valve cover gasket in case you want to paint the valve cover
Will come with orange side markers with the wiring and diagram for the installation
The Bad-
Rust is starting to form on the driver side outside door. Nothing Major at all. I am very meticulous.
It's a 20 year old car.
Price: $2500+. I have gotten offers before, just never wanted to sell her till now.
