94 del Sol VTEC B16A3 daily beater

Price: $2,000 (otherwise I will part out)
OK, I am putting my del sol up for sale. Not really sure what to expect since the body of the car is in ROUGH shape. I've known the car since 02 when a female friend purchased the car from the original owner with ~85k miles. I then purchased it from her in 06 with ~115k miles. This car has been my daily ever since.
Car is mostly stock except AEM SRI, Eiback spring and shocks, GSR blades and and old *** sparco shift ****
The Good:
Factory B16A3 w/ original miles. Head has never been off the car
No CELs and the car runs strong. Rock solid idle
Power windows and mirrors work
Roof works
25k miles on Falken ZE912
Timing belt was done at 141k
The Bad:
Rust just about anywhere you look
Milano Red paint is done
Car had the front end replaced after collision (bumper, hood, fenders)
A/C condensor sprunk a leak over the winter. Othewise A/C works
B-pipe cracked so I have it rigged with a coupler, still leaks a bit
Passenger door outside handle stopped working (opens from inside still)
Radio antenna is broken (I have XM instead)
SRS light is on
Small oil leak, likely VTEC solenoid
Things I have replaced in recent memory:
Radiator, single core civic rad
Muffler
Inner and outer tie rods (cheapo ones)
