Caravan from VA will be making a 15 min rest stop at The Maryland House rest area MM 83 outside of Baltimore. We should arrive 1030-1045 depending on traffic.

There is a $2.00 toll to go through the Fort McHenry Tunnel.

There will be some people leaving from the chick-fil-a in central park in fredericksburg, va no later than 8am to head to philly.

Just curious, why did you only mention the$2 tunnel toll but not the $5 Susquehanna River bridge toll or the $4 DE line toll? Don't forget there's construction at the DE line toll which may add just a few minutes to your drive time. I drove up to Philly last weekend and it added about 20 minutes to my drive but it was Sunday afternoon.
