Re: (skilly)
22Boost, you or someone else needs to organize this if you want to get this thing going. You have to set a date and time. Nothing is going to get done if you don't take charge. You have to organize it first then people will most likely join in.

Re: SANDY POINT MARYLAND H-T MEET 2007 (22boost)
<FONT SIZE="6">:: INFO that may help from last year ::</FONT>
First off I'm glad to see that this is being continued. Last year was a great turn out and we had a lot of people come down (local and not-so-local) and had a blast.
Some info from last year.
- Sandy Point is a state park/man made beach
- Last year they were perfectly fine with all of us gathering there AS LONG AS NOBODY STARTED DOING SPECIAL STUFF!!!
- People came out with huge tents and set them up in the parking lots and this was fine but after it got crowded they asked of we moved the tents to the grass area so that more parking spaces were available.
- There are bathrooms there, a snack store, sand/man made beach part, basketball courts, tennis courts, trails, and a lot more stuff to do so it was fun because if you some how get tired if cars, there are more things to do there.
- There is a cost per person to get into the park. It's pretty easy to cover but that info is:
Admission - In Season (Weekends/Holidays)
$5.00 per person Maryland residents
$6.00 per person non-Maryland residents
- As far as day, just pick the last saturday in august because the hardest part that takes a while was getting the word out everywhere and it helps if all this stuff is solid like asap. You really gotta just pick that day too. "What day should it be threads" get nowhere. If they can make it, great, if not, hopefully the next one.
- Last year ECAhatch (ED) and myself (Keenan) worked on setting this meet up. Ed took the lead on putting it all together. It was a really nice turn out:
The meet thread (we had almost 100 say there would come and so many more actually came):

Photo threads:
http://deviantpixels.com/index...Gui=7
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1693453
In the end, information we put together was:
THIS MEET IS OPEN TO ALL MAKES AND MODELS BUT,
ALL HONDA/ACURA PARK TOGETHER.......OTHERS PARK ELSEWHERE
just to shut the whiners up, you can drive whatever you wanna drive
WE WILL PARK IN THOSE (3)LOTS IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THIS MAP.
SPEEDING, REVVING, BURNOUTS, & OTHER RICEY **** WILL NOT BE TOLERATED There will be State Troopers present...
I'll be happy to help out again if need be. I'll let ECAhatch know as well
If I think of anything else, I'll let ya know.

Once you click a thumbnail to enlarge, it will open a new window and load, once loaded you must click the picture to get the better quality version of it. Hope you all enjoy, it was a fun meet. In case anyone was wondering, I was the red EG hatch with the white HX wheels, didn't pop my hood or anything, just let my car sit in the mix, haha. These are very mildly edited photographs since it was quite a lot and only from a meet. Definetly had a good time and enjoyed meeting people, the guys who left from Philadelphia, I had a great time, you guys are all cool. If anyone is interested in buying a print, let me know and I will give you a price.
And one of my passenger with my camera phone on the way home, haha.
If anyone is interested in buying a print, let me know and I will give you a price. All you have to do is give me the photograph number which you can find by right clicking the thumbnail and clicking properties. Once there, take the last there digits of the url and that is the number. They are numbered 001 through 166. Thanks a lot.
